How to Fix the Problem of Fast Internet but Lagging？

Many users encounter a confusing issue when using TV boxes or streaming services: their internet speed tests show excellent results, yet videos still lag, buffer, or take a long time to load. In most cases, this problem isn’t caused by your device or your internet speed — it’s likely due to your Internet Service Provider’s “Advanced Security Shield” interfering with streaming data.
 

As internet security awareness grows, many ISPs automatically enable Advanced Security Protection in their routers or mobile apps. While this feature is designed to block malicious websites and viruses, it can sometimes mistakenly filter out legitimate streaming traffic — such as from Unblock Tech, YouTube, or Netflix — causing buffering, unstable playback, or even complete connection failures.
 

After receiving feedback from users in certain regions, we’ve optimized our system to reduce the impact of these ISP security measures. However, since network configurations vary by region, if you still experience lag or loading issues, you can easily fix it by manually disabling this feature.
 

Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Open your ISP’s control app (usually the one provided when you set up your internet).
2️⃣ Go to Settings or Security.
3️⃣ Find Advanced Security.
4️⃣ Turn off Advanced Security Protection.
 

Once you complete these steps, your streaming performance should noticeably improve — videos will play smoothly without buffering. This adjustment won’t affect your regular internet security, so it’s perfectly safe to do.
