How to Solve Uplive and Up Movie Stuck?

If you're experiencing issues with the Uplive app or the Up movie being stuck when you are using Unblock TV box, here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

✦Restart your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your internet is slow or intermittent, it can cause issues with streaming or using the Uplive app. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or switch to a cellular data connection to see if the problem persists.(Power off for 3-10 minutes to clear the network cache)

✦When it cannot be played, click on the full screen and press the menu button to switch the definition (change the movie to Blu-ray, try to change the TV series to standard)


✦ Find the video settings in the personal settings on the left side of UB Video, and try to turn on or off the video acceleration

✦Unplug the network cable and try to connect to the hotspot of the mobile phone
