1. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order is placed and confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. (If you need to make changes, please contact our sales team immediately.)
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and final to prevent any inconvenience.

2. SHIPPING TIME
Items purchased from UNBLOCK will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days (via DHL/FedEx/UPS, etc.).
We offer
Global Free Shipping and will select the fastest express service based on your location and delivery speed. Please ensure your mobile phone is accessible during this time and be ready to sign for the package upon arrival.

3. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
We have multiple warehouses in
Hong Kong, Thailand, and the USA, and your package will be shipped from the closest warehouse to your location.
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive undamaged during transit.
There are no additional fees beyond your order. However, some countries may require customs clearance fees. Don't worry—these fees are minimal as the invoice amount is kept low.

We provide One Year Warranty for all our products(The warranty period starts from the receipt of the UBOX TV box).
After providing the Mac address and confirming the machine failure with our after-sales team, we'll offer you a One to One new exchange service.

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the warranty time frame.
2. Washed, used, tag-removed, or misused items.
3. Disassemble the TV box without permission.
4. Purchased the UNBLOCKTVBOX from another dealer or seller. (Please check the official UNBLOCK store for purchase)

Unblock is committed to resolving any issues for our customers to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to approve or deny refunds and exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Please note that refunds may take 10-14 business days to process, depending on bank transaction times.

1. Full Refunds
We provide a full refund for any items that are faulty or damaged due to our responsibility. However, items damaged by third parties or the customer are not eligible for a refund.
All returned products must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Partial Refunds
A partial refund will be issued for returned items that are missing original parts.
If the item is found to be damaged, stained, deformed, or has any spills (such as perfume) after receipt, or if returned without prior notification, only a partial refund will be processed.

3. Shipping Costs
If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any buyer-related issues, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
